Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications published by Repletic, including Repletic (fitness tracking), My Moments (countdown and reminders), and Mochi Express (puzzle game). In this policy, "we", "our", or "us" refers to Repletic, and "Apps" refers to these applications collectively. The sections below identify app-specific practices where they differ.
Wordwright / حِرفة: See the game-specific Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Support pages.
1. Information We Collect
Account Data: Repletic and My Moments may use Firebase Authentication. You may sign in with Google, Apple, Facebook, or email, in which case we receive your display name and email address. Certain Apps can be used without signing in, with data stored locally on your device. Mochi Express does not require or provide an account.
App-Specific Data:
- Repletic: Workout records (exercise type, rep count, duration, date), profile data (display name, streaks, stats).
- My Moments: Event data (event name, emoji, color, date/time, notification preferences), stored in Firebase Firestore when signed in or locally via SQLite when not signed in. You may also attach a photo to an event. Photos you attach are stored on your device; if you are signed in, a copy is also uploaded to our cloud storage (Firebase Storage, operated by Google LLC) so your events can sync and be restored across devices, and is deleted according to the retention rules in Section 7.
- Mochi Express: Level progress, in-game coins, decoration choices, settings, a count of app launches used to time app open advertisements, and records used to prevent the same advertising reward from being granted more than once. This information is stored in the app's local storage, including app files and settings storage. Mochi Express has no cloud account or cloud-save service, and does not collect camera images, fitness records, or countdown events.
Subscription Data: If an App or version offers a subscription or in-app purchase, payment is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not collect or store your payment information. We receive a transaction confirmation and subscription status via RevenueCat to unlock premium features where RevenueCat is enabled. Purchases are not available in the current version of Mochi Express.
2. Camera and Pose Detection (Repletic Only)
All pose detection processing happens entirely on your device. We use Google ML Kit's on-device pose detection to analyze your camera feed in real time. Your camera feed is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. No images or video are stored — pose landmarks are processed frame-by-frame in memory and discarded immediately.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the applicable App's core functionality
- To sync Repletic or My Moments data across devices when you are signed in
- To send local notifications and reminders you have configured in My Moments
- To track Repletic workouts and streaks, or My Moments countdowns
- To improve stability through crash reporting where it is enabled
- To understand usage patterns through analytics where it is enabled
- To display advertisements to non-subscribers in Repletic and My Moments where available, and to display advertisements in Mochi Express, including an optional rewarded bonus you choose (see Section 5)
4. Data Sharing
We use service providers to operate the features described in this policy. Depending on the App and the features you choose, information may be disclosed to these providers so they can provide authentication, storage, analytics, crash reporting, purchases, consent management, or advertising. Their processing is governed by their own policies.
- Firebase (Google) — authentication and cloud storage for the Apps that use them; Analytics and Crashlytics for Mochi Express, which are on by default and can each be turned off in the game's settings. Google Privacy Policy
- RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management for Apps and versions that enable purchases. Mochi Express does not currently use RevenueCat. RevenueCat Privacy Policy
- Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform — advertising for non-subscribers in Repletic and My Moments where offered, and live advertising in Mochi Express (banner, interstitial, app open, and optional rewarded), together with regional privacy-choice management. Google Privacy Policy
5. Advertising, Privacy Choices, and Telemetry
Repletic and My Moments: These Apps may display advertisements via Google AdMob to users who have not purchased a subscription. On iOS, we request your permission through App Tracking Transparency before using your advertising identifier. In the EU/EEA, we use Google's User Messaging Platform to obtain consent under GDPR before showing personalized ads. You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.
Mochi Express: This game shows advertisements served by Google AdMob (publisher ID ca-app-pub-7462516648413759). The current version can show an anchored banner at the bottom of the home, café, and gameplay screens, a full-screen interstitial after a level clear, and an app open advertisement on launch or when you return to the game. These placements start only after the opening levels are cleared or after several launches, and they are not shown during a move. The game also offers an optional rewarded advertisement for a stated in-game bonus after a first level clear: you can keep playing without choosing it, and the bonus is added only when the advertising provider confirms the reward was earned — merely closing an advertisement does not grant it. The game does not currently offer a paid ad-removal purchase.
When Google advertising and consent services are used, Google and its service providers may process information such as IP address (which can indicate approximate location), device or app identifiers, consent choices, advertising interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. This supports advertisement delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and reliability. See Google's Privacy Policy and advertising technology information.
Mochi Express uses Google's User Messaging Platform to collect and manage the privacy choices required for your region, including GDPR consent in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, before advertising is requested. Where that choice can be changed later, a Privacy options entry appears in the game's Settings screen. Google's advertising partners may process device identifiers and advertising data as described above.
On iOS, Mochi Express does not itself present Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. The app includes Apple's tracking-permission text and framework so that Google's User Messaging Platform can present that prompt where Google's advertising-identifier message applies to your region; if you are not asked, the game does not access your device's advertising identifier. Declining tracking does not prevent you from playing, and advertisements may still be shown without the identifier. You can review the app's tracking permission at any time in your device Settings.
Mochi Express also includes usage analytics and crash reporting, and both are on by default. You can turn each one off independently at any time in the game's Settings → Data choices screen, and your choice is kept on the device. While usage analytics is on, Google Analytics for Firebase processes app and basic device information, including an app-instance identifier, device and operating-system details, an approximate country derived from your IP address, and bounded events about screens, level outcomes, moves, undos, play time, decorations, and optional in-game rewards. We use this to understand game difficulty and improve the experience. Firebase advertising-identifier collection and ad-personalization signals are disabled in the current integration.
While crash reporting is on, Firebase Crashlytics processes crash or error reports and related technical information, such as app and operating-system versions, device model, stack traces, and installation identifiers, to help diagnose failures. Turning a control off stops further collection, but does not itself erase reports already received by Google. Mochi Express does not require a personal account and does not attach a name, email address, or account user ID to these events; Google SDKs may still process their own app or installation identifiers.
For help with Mochi Express, including questions about these choices, see the Mochi Express support page or contact us using the address in Section 10.
6. Data Storage and Security
For Apps that use cloud storage, data is stored in Firebase Firestore with security rules intended to limit access to the relevant signed-in user. Local data is stored on your device using SQLite, SharedPreferences, or app files, depending on the App. Mochi Express stores its local progress and settings in app local storage, including app files and settings storage; it does not use Firebase Firestore or a cloud-save service.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
For Apps with accounts, you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below. Upon request, we will process applicable personal-data deletion requests within 30 days.
Mochi Express local data. Mochi Express stores its game data on your device until you remove it through your device's app-data controls or remove the app, subject to backup or restore behavior provided by your device or platform. Removing local game data does not itself delete information held by Google or another service provider. Contact us for help with requests concerning service-provider data.
Inactive My Moments accounts. If you use My Moments with cloud sync, we record the date you last opened the app while signed in, and we clear out data from accounts that are no longer in use:
- After 2 months of inactivity: any photos or images you have backed up are permanently deleted from our servers. Your events and other data are kept.
- After 6 months of inactivity: all of your cloud data — events, profile, and any remaining images — is permanently deleted from our servers.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Data stored only on your device is not affected, and opening the app while signed in resets the inactivity clock. We recommend opening My Moments from time to time, and exporting anything you want to keep for the long term. This is also described in our Terms of Use.
8. Children's Privacy
Repletic and My Moments are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through those Apps. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
