Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of mobile applications published by Repletic, including Repletic (fitness tracking), My Moments (countdown and reminders), and Mochi Express (puzzle game), collectively referred to as "Apps". By downloading, installing, or using an App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use that App.

1. Description of Services
Repletic is a fitness application that uses on-device camera-based pose detection to count exercise repetitions, with workout tracking, streak tracking, and daily challenges.
My Moments is a countdown and reminders application that lets you create events with custom emoji, colors, dates, and notification preferences. It supports cloud sync, home screen widgets, and smart reminders.
Mochi Express is a puzzle game with level progress, game coins, cafe decorations, and settings stored in app local storage. It does not require an account or cloud save.
2. Mochi Express Virtual Items and Optional Rewarded Advertisements
Mochi Express coins and decorations are virtual game items. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed or transferred, and may be changed only as permitted by applicable law. The game may offer a voluntary rewarded advertisement for a stated in-game reward. You can continue playing without choosing it. A reward is granted only when the advertising provider confirms that it was earned; closing an advertisement alone does not grant a reward.
3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases (Where Offered)
Only Apps and versions that display an available product offer auto-renewable subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases to unlock premium features (such as ad removal). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:
- Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
- Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play Store).
- Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Price Changes: Prices may change. You will be notified in advance of any price change, and your continued use of the subscription after the change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new price.
Mochi Express does not currently offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. No charge can be made through its unavailable purchase flow.
4. User Accounts
Some Apps may allow you to create an account via email, Google, Apple, or Facebook sign-in, or to use the App without an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account credentials. Mochi Express does not provide an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Data Retention and Inactive Accounts (My Moments)
So that we are not storing data for accounts that are no longer in use, we do not keep cloud data indefinitely. If you use My Moments with cloud sync, we record the date you last opened the app while signed in, and we use that date as follows:
- After 2 months of inactivity: any photos or images you have backed up are permanently deleted from our servers. Your events and other data are kept.
- After 6 months of inactivity: all of your cloud data — events, profile, and any remaining images — is permanently deleted from our servers.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Data stored only on your device is not affected by this policy. Simply opening the app while signed in resets the inactivity clock, so we recommend opening My Moments from time to time, and exporting or saving anywhere else anything you want to keep for the long term.
6. Not Medical Advice (Repletic)
Repletic is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical device. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. You use the App and perform exercises at your own risk. Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps
- Interfere with or disrupt the Apps' services or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Apps
- Use the Apps in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the services
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Apps — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Repletic and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be error-free or uninterrupted. For Repletic, rep counting accuracy depends on camera angle, lighting, and body positioning.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repletic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising out of your use of the Apps.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Repletic and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Apps or violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Repletic operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
